My wife, Mary Beth, and I are raising our four children, and most of our time outside of work is spent with them—whether that’s at the ballfields, school events, or just enjoying time together as a family on our mini-farm.
I had the privilege of playing baseball in college at Charleston Southern University, and that experience shaped a lot of who I am today. It taught me discipline, how to fail, perseverance, and how to stay focused on long-term goals even when it’s not easy. After college, I built my career in medical sales, where I developed a strong foundation in building relationships, communication, and delivering results.
Over time, I found my way into real estate through investing—starting with fix & flips and rental properties. What began as a small hobby, though, quickly turned into something I genuinely love and am passionate about today: Seeing the potential in properties, bringing them to life, and creating a space that the end user will adore while they call it their home.
Branden Boatwright
I’m Branden Boatwright, a licensed builder with a background in real estate that started during my college years as a sales agent. Shortly after graduating, I moved into real estate investing, where I discovered a passion for transforming properties. That path naturally led me into flipping homes and building new ones. I take pride in having a keen eye for potential and genuinely enjoy the creative process of bringing each project to life, adding value and purpose along the way.
Outside of work, I’m a family man. I’m married to my wife, Emily, and we have two children, Natalie and Ian. In our free time, we enjoy playing sports, traveling, trying good food, and most importantly, spending quality time together.
Matthew Hall
My wife Augusta and I have been married for 18 years and are raising our two kids, Jacqueline and Harvey. When we’re not at the ball field or rodeo, we enjoy spending time together at the lake.
Before starting DFH Builders, I spent 22 years in the restaurant industry, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and attention to detail. That experience led me into real estate and ultimately into building, where I found my passion for design and project management.
Today, we take pride in treating every project like it’s our own—focused on craftsmanship, communication, and creating spaces families can truly enjoy.
